Last week, I met up with Roisin Ingle from the Irish Times and Body & Soul‘s Avril Stanley to discuss festivals in Ireland and the access facilities that you’ll find there.
This year, Body & Soul have gone to great lengths to make sure that festival goers with disabilities are looked after properly and feel included. So many other festivals add in access as if they’re just ticking the box, which can ruin someone’s weekend. I know from personal experience from other festivals that this is absolutely the case so I’m glad that Body & Soul are paying attention and being proactive.
I will be putting up a preview of what a wheelchair user can expect from Body & Soul 2015 next week but, for now, listen to our caramel voices and enjoy.
